The biggest obstacle for some people who struggle to live a successful fitness lifestyle isn’t the fitness part, it’s the “life” part! Having the right information is only part of the battle. A good fitness strategy is of course important but if the person is not able to implement the information they will never get the best results. Sometimes people need more than that. Trainers and coaches often need to spend time helping people reach the right state in order for them to actually be able to benefit from the proper fitness strategy.
Through the years, my fitness training/coaching has evolved into “fitness lifestyle coaching” on more than one occasion. That’s because if the client isn’t ready to put it to use, even the best information won’t get the desired results. Towards that end, there is one issue that I have seen stop even the most dedicated people right in their tracks. That is dealing with the emotional challenges of a recently ended romantic relationship. It can leave people completely off balance and unable to focus properly on anything, including fitness. For many, that’s an issue that needs to be addressed to help them move on.
I am excited to announce as an extension of my fitness life coaching program that I am launching a brand new course. Healthy Healing for the Broken Heart is for someone who is struggling with the after-effects of a romantic breakup. This course will give them the information and tools to properly heal and recover and become able to move forward. This is not about fixing a former or current relationship or helping someone find Mr. or Ms. Right. It’s about personal healing, positive growth, and getting them back to being their best self. Some people often get overwhelmed with despair and experienced low self-esteem. They need to learn the keys to moving forward and finding happiness within themselves. The success of any future relationship depends largely on how well we heal from what came before.
Here’s an excerpt from Module 2 – Emotional and Irrational:
“Your goal right now is to make the best decision for you and what you want. Understand that emotions will always be there but don’t allow them to control you, especially in terms of immediate action. You are not “less”! You are not “destined to be alone”! You did not lose your one true love or soul mate! You are not any of the negative things that someone may have said about you, or even more importantly you have been saying about yourself. Distance and time will help you develop the perspective to see more clearly, direct where you want to go, and arrive there whole and complete.”
And From Module 6 – The Right Place To Be:
“You deserve to have the things you want and find all the good that can come your way. The time, attention, love, affection, encouragement, patience, understanding, compassion, and commitment you are so willing to offer to someone else needs to first be something that you give freely to yourself. You need to love yourself! You have to become who you need to be in your mind for that self-love to happen.”
Healthy Healing for a Broken Heart is the coaching I have given countless times to get people back to a positive and functional state not only to help them with fitness but to get them ready to tackle life again. It will be launched on both the versatile Yescourse platform as well as Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi’s new Mastermind Self-Education platform. I can’t wait to bring this to you! More information coming soon!
