Bodysport.coach – An Evolution And A Transformation!

Fitness at its best has always been about making a positive transformation. It’s a lifestyle that leads us to feel better, look better, be healthier, and live longer with a higher quality of life. The increased energy and positivity that accompanies this is visible and measurable. Beyond that, there are many benefits that are individual and unknown at the outset and must simply be experienced to be fully appreciated.

As fitness trainers and coaches, we try to direct, guide, and inspire our clients and athletes to make the transformation they desire. We focus on providing effective training and nutrition programs tailored to their goals and capabilities, and instruct, teach, and cheer for them every step of the way. But at times, even our best efforts don’t allow them to execute their best effort or achieve their best results. This has always frustrated me, watching some people thrive while others did not, and has driven me to keep learning and growing and search for an even better way to help.

This search has led me on my own personal growth and development journey to study, complete, and now incorporate several Life Coaching courses and programs into my ongoing mission to help more people make the transformations they desire. In the process, I’ve learned that it is not the strategy or information that has prevented some people from achieving success. It is a set of limiting beliefs and not ever developing the needed mindset which has burdened them with what is, in essence, a “failure to launch”. I am very pleased now that I am offering an even deeper level of coaching services to select clients who need it and I feel confident that we can team up to finally help them get the full transformation they want and deserve!

This new Fitness Life Coaching program will merge the best of both personal fitness coaching and life coaching to help them remove the obstacles that have been holding them back and be able to take the needed steps to improve not only physically, but mentally and emotionally to live their most compelling future possible! This program has several parts:

 Understanding Limting Beliefs

Limiting beliefs are internal thoughts that constrain us in some way. They can prevent us from reaching our potential by creating self-doubt and fear.

Key Steps:

  • Identify your limiting beliefs that have held you back in fitness and life.
  • Dismantle, disprove, and “uninstall” those limiting beliefs
  • Replace them with new, empowering beliefs that are in line with your desired goals
  • Reinforce and support your new beliefs so that they stay dominant

Helping Clients Identify Their Personal Limiting Beliefs

Help clients recognize their own limiting beliefs through introspection and guided exercises, allowing them to pinpoint the beliefs that hold them back.

Key Tools:

    • Techniques for self-reflection
    • Identifying language patterns and thought processes that indicate limiting beliefs
    • Develop their ability to  recognize their emotional and situational triggers

Helping Client Develop a Growth Mindset

A growth mindset fosters resilience and a love of learning, which can significantly improve both fitness progress and personal development.

Key Tools:

  • Learn the concepts of growth vs. fixed mindset
  • Learn to adopt a growth mindset in fitness and life
  • Employ strategies to cultivate a growth mindset

Create a Client’s Personalized Exercise and Nutrition Plan

Develop an individualized training and nutrition program based on the client’s current level of fitness, experience, available equipment, time, goals, and needs.

Integrating Fitness and Life Coaching

We team up and take a holistic approach and ensure that positive changes in emotional and mental health parallel physical health improvements. Being able to see and feel yourself improving and changing makes staying on track and actualizing your transformation work faster and better!

As this expanded direction continues soon I will launch this more in-depth coaching service which will include a free initial session for anyone interested to “test drive” the program and see if it’s something they would like to pursue.
