I had the pleasure of giving a fitness nutrition and supplementation presentation recently, two long-time passions of mine! Nutrition can play a huge role in health and fitness. It can also greatly affect your performance whether you’re seeking to be a high-level athlete or simply looking to look and feel your best.
In this presentation, I cover key fitness supplements that I use and recommend as options before (Be Focused), during (Be Sustained), and after training (Be Recharged) to anyone looking to maximize their efforts in terms of energy, recovery, and performance.
Of course, supplements work best with a solid base of foundational nutrition. Plus, you’ll never achieve your best results without properly dedicating and applying yourself, so developing and maintaining an ideal mindset is key and I talk about those things as well.
