
The holiday season can be a joyous time for many. Unfortunatley, it can also be a time when people gain a fair amount of excess weight! Statistically, many people gain 65-80% of their excess weight for the entire year during the final few months. Between more available fun foods during the holidays and social events, combined with changes in our regular schedule and routines, there can be a perfect storm created for putting on a bit more than ideal.
